We loved our time at the Farmhouse! The setting is absolutely gorgeous. We loved having a pond just steps from the back door! We enjoyed catch and release fishing there. The yard was perfect for taking our dog out. This is an authentic farmhouse, not an "HGTV farmhouse," and we loved that charm. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had no issues during our stay. The property manager was wonderful - super friendly and helpful! We stayed here for the total eclipse, a time when many AirBNB reservations were getting cancelled and price gouged. We had none of those problems at all, which I think speaks volumes to the integrity and good character of the host. We were so glad to have a beautiful place to stay and would not hesitate to stay again if we ever make it back to Arkansas!

We brought food items. But refused to eat there. We had to put all food items in the fridge because of mice. You could hear them chew in the walls. There was mice feces on our clothes we had sitting out. No smoke detectors even though it states in the listing. Plugins where lose from the walls which would expose wires. There were mouse feces on the couch. I live in the country myself. But, this was a mouse infestation. We were truly disqusted.

The farmhouse is lovely but for the price in that area, I expected to see less water damage in the ceiling and floors. The beds aren't as comfortable as you would like it to be. There were a few towels with holes in them as well.

This was a great place for our group to stay. There were many activities nearby to do. We enjoyed crystal digging, kayaking, and going to Hot Springs. M&M’s was a great place to rent kayaks and a canoe from. In the evenings, it was nice to play family-favorite games we brought with us. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful area. Thank you!

Loved talking to Jori who handled the house for the owners. This was a historic family farmhouse that truly Was a farmhouse that has been kept up in a good way. I felt like a had made a new friend in Jori. She’s wonderful and so is the property.
