John was such a wonderful host! My family and I had home renovations being done while we stayed at johns home for 2 1/2 months. He was extremely responsive, kind and so generous. John even bought my family dinner on multiple occasions and sent fruit baskets as well. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. 10/10 recommend. This beachfront view never gets old even in the winter.

Magnificent, magical, extraordinary! That doesn't come close to describing this house, it's amenities, the views, and most of all it's host, John and his brother, Tony. Responsive way beyond expectations to every need we had and some before we knew we had them. This is a special place hosted by very special people. We'd love to do it all again next summer!

The house was pristine and was stocked with beverages and snacks galore. If that wasn't enough the host generously provided dinner. The water views were incredible and the daily parade of boats made for a wonderful experience. The host kept in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure our experience was a great one. Definitely worth it!!!
