Upstairs huge space w/modern high standard kitchen, beautiful dining w/polished floors opens to a stunning balcony, lake glimpses, sit outside & relax. Downstairs is QB master, 2nd QB rm w/additional bunks for the family (bedding provided for bunks when extra guests booked). 2nd living room w/ TV & comfy couch. This home speaks class & style. Bathroom has both a bath & shower. Big laundry w/washer & dryer. A few things you need to know about our home: We have a well equipped pantry, you are welcome to use any of the goods supplied there. Feel free to leave your non perishables for the next guest to enjoy. BBQ must be cleaned if you use it or a further charge will be incurred. Thank you.

This house is an amazing house in a brilliant area. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach, 2 minutes from the Claremont pool and 30 seconds from Swanbourne village. We were extremely happy with it. It is well stocked and perfect for a family with children. The people who host on behalf of the owner are responsive, friendly and they cannot do enough to help. I would highly recommend them. The only two things to note are that there is no air con downstairs in the bedrooms and the master bedroom is not in use. However, opening the windows in the evening allows the sea breeze in which kept the rooms cool on the back of the house. We look forward to returning as a family again one day.
This house is a fantastic family home in the beautiful suburb of Swanbourne, tucked away in a quiet street. It is a lovely quiet area but still within an easy walk or drive to surrounding suburbs, shops and amenities. It was a perfect fit for our family.
Comfortably nestled between Cottesloe and City Beach on Perth's glorious west coast, the beautiful beachside suburb of Swanbourne is one of WA's finest. "Swanny" has something for everyone. Lake walkways and cycle paths, perfect children's playgrounds all a 00 meters away and striking distance to the famous Claremont Quarter Shopping center, yet close to a friendly intimate strip shop "Swanbourne Village" boasting an amazing IGA and bottle shop for those looking for something a little more local.
