Our lovely home is a seven-minute walk (600m) to the pristine shores of Warnbro Beach; go for a swim, coastal walk, or take in the sunset with a glass of wine. If you’re feeling energetic, there’s a 9.8km footpath that hugs the coast and provides some spectacular views. Close to all amenities, our home is within walking distance from the local tavern, liquor store, fast-food outlets, a hairdresser, and beauty salon. At the end of the street, there’s a park with a playground, and a bus stop. Newly renovated rooms with lots of natural light providing Duplex style accommodation. Only one shared wall with the rest of the house and not adjoining any bedroom or bathroom. The master bedroom and kitchenette are both 12sqm, roomy, and well appointed. There is a private entrance and no shared amenities. A full laundry available however for stays longer than a week this area will be shared with the host by prior arrangement.

本来我跟房东发的消息是8点左右到，因为临时有事情，来晚了点，结果到了房间后，房东贴心的为我们提前打开的空调和门口灯。里面的食物都足够哈😊感谢

We had a great stay at Libby’s place. It felts spacious enough for the 4 of us. Great breakfast and coffee selection plenty of food for sure. The Feijoa jam was a winner amongst us.

A residential area on a quiet street with several shopping centres (Coles, Woolworths, Retail Shops and Restaurants) within a 5 minute drive. Local bowling club within walking distance and of course our beautiful unpopulated coastline. Penguin Island is a short drive away where you can take a boat to see our beautiful fairy penguins in their natural habitat. Make a day of it and visit Seal Island as well and get to watch these magnificent mammals sun baking on the shore or frolicking in the water.
Back on land and further around the coast is Point Peron, a must see for the rugged coastline and fantastic snorkelling or keep going and reach the Rockingham Foreshore and enjoy the coffee strip, restaurants and boutique shops. Perfect for an ice cream while strolling along the boardwalk or enjoy a picnic under the trees overlooking the crystal clear ocean and safe swimming beach. Dolphins are regularly seen swimming in this area and tours are available if you want to get a closer look at them. There are also numerous water activities available that can be booked easily online or by calling.

Free designated parking on front lawn outside private entrance.
Bus stop is at the bottom of the street and the 560 Bus will take you to Warnbro Train Station. The train takes 35 minutes into Perth city centre and runs approx every 15 - 30 minutes. The bus station is also located here where you will find buses to take you to the local Shopping Centres, Gymnasiums and Public Swimming Pools.
