El lugar es muy lindo y acogedor y tiene un gran diseño, pero es de muy difícil el ingreso no hay señal de teléfono y el host difícilmente responde teléfono y mensajes! Si te hospedas aquí te sugiero hables con el encargado mucho antes de ir para tener todo claro, y hazle muchas preguntas, ya que en mi caso nadie me recibió y la puerta la dejaron con candado, tuve que regresarme para poder tener señal de celular y mucho tiempo después me contestaron y me enviaron unas reglas de la casa que no corresponden a las que tienen en la página cuando reservas, tratando de cobrar más dinero por abrirme la puerta si haces el check después de las 4 de la tarde (dinero que lógicamente no pague) al final después de que servicio al cliente se comunicó con el host me abrieron la puerta y comenzaron a arreglar el lugar para entregarlo y pude alojarme en el lugar después de las 8 de la noche que terminó la niña de arreglarlo para nosotros. Lastimosamente el trato es pésimo

El sitio es espectacular. La llegada es difícil porque la carretera no está en muy buenas condiciones, ojalá ir en camioneta o carro alto. Sería chévere que tuvieran un minibar, de cositas fáciles por si el huésped se antoja de algo, no tenga que salir hasta el pueblo. Mil gracias por todo!!!

The place is beautiful with a great view and good to disconnect and be on your own. However there are a lot of things that would need to improve for me to come back. First, the communication of the host and the person there was terrible. Second, the place was infested with bugs and it wasn’t very clean. I understand that this is in the bosque, but there was an infestation of ants that can be prevented. Another thing is it wasn’t mentioned that this is a lot with multiple cabins on it, making it a lot less private. People can see you and you can see them and this should have been mentioned in the post. One more thing is that the electricity kept going out and the stove works on electricity so it causes a disruption with our cooking, apparently that was because the Jaccuzi was causing it to go out. They don’t have internet but there is good signal for Tigo so I was able to tether off that. Finally the cleaning girl was rude and disrespectful and accused us of stealing cleaning products!!

Vista hermosa, casa comoda, y anfitrion amable. Ojo que no hay señal de Claro, ni wifi - estabamos incomunicados. Se fue la luz varios veces. Me habian dicho que el jacuzzi demora 30 minutos a calentar, pero despues de 3 horas apenas estaba caliente. No hubo cafe en la cocina. El resto bien.
