Tim is honestly a great host who seems eager to help others feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely be going to stay at his again as I frequent the area for work. I won’t hesitate to recommend Tim’s place to anyone who is looking for a safe comfortable stay in Leighton Buzzard.

Tim was just so nice and his place was immaculate! Easy to find and access, both my dogs were very relaxed there and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thanks Tim!

Tim is a great host, his place was very clean and warm with good facilities. Kitchen very well equipped and Tim was very helpful and communicated well. I can definitely stay here again without a question.

What a fabulous place to stay! Tim met me on my arrival and I was made welcome and felt at home immediately. The house and the room I stayed in were absolutely immaculate and a credit to the host. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Beautiful location and drifted off to sleep listening to the gentle sound of owls in the distance. My only regret was not to have been able to spend more time and stay talk to Tim! 10 out 0f 10 Tim, great place to stay.
