The house was exactly as it is advertised. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Easy to locate and short drive or bike ride to all the activities. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Key West.

Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was stocked with every modern convenience plus some! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Great complex with nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Our stay at Kirk & Cara’s was fantastic! There were great views from the top floor. Note that the space is spread out over four floors, the first being the garage/ping pong/small pool area. Two master bedrooms facing the community courtyard have a small washer & dryer in the bathrooms. The loads are long so if you plan to wash something, be aware of that. The kitchen & living room area are on the top floor with the living room looking out over the ocean. There is quite a bit of general road noise when the doors are open or when sitting outside, but that’s to be expected. Their assistant Elio was incredibly helpful & quickly answered questions and provided recommendations. We really enjoyed the space!
