We stayed for 1 week as a family of 6 over spring/easter break. The house is conveniently located while being tucked away at the end of a dead end street- very private. The lanai is so spacious and beautiful- truly a great outdoor space! The home was clean upon arrival and we were able to check in an hour early which was very helpful to us. The yard is expensive and includes a large fire pit area and trampoline. Beware- host only provides (1) bath towel/(1) washcloth/(1) pool towel per person, per stay. We found this to be very inconvenient for a week long stay as we had to constantly wash linens. The kitchen is well appointed for appliances, though lacking in cookware/utensils. Most of the kitchenware was dirty with stuck on food and/or melted. Pots/pans are also limited. TV and ceiling fan remotes were missing batteries and we had to purchase them for our stay. Host was unresponsive to our concerns at check in. Overall the house fit our needs and was comfortable.

Tekla was communicative and easy to work with, the house was well maintained. We had a great stay!

The Neighborhood was very nice and private. The pool and the hot tub were very nice. It would be nice if they replaced the 2 rusty lounge chairs by the pool, because every time you try to move them the legs disintegrate, also, the rust from them is ruining the cement around the pool. Sheets were not clean on arrival,(hair on sheets), so I took them off to wash them and none of the beds had mattress pads. The king and queen beds were extremely stained. Tekla did bring me brand new extra sheets, but said that the owner was only willing to supply a mattress pad for the king bed. We paid $20,000 to stay there for 6 weeks and they couldn't provide a couple of $25 mattress pads??? The loveseat was broken on one side and you'd sink down into it. Seemed like the springs were bad. When I picked up the cushions to figure out what was wrong, it looked as if nobody had ever vacuumed under the cushions. Tekla brought me a vacuum with new bags but did not offer to vacuum under the cushions.
