Private lofty Studio in the heart of Montrose Historical District is a unique space that is spacious yet convenient for short stays. This New York inspired loft is located perfectly between the Houston Medical Center and Downtown and yet the only walkable part of Houston to bars restaurants, and museums. In the loop convenience with a large green secured private backyard and parking . The studio space is a private separate detached garage with a high ceiling loft above it. Guests will have, either the choice of free parking on the street and or closed gate parking directly in front of studio. Studio has a large open concept with large living room with a large desk area including plenty of storage drawers and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom is located above the studio up a cool industrial ladder leading to a low ceiling nook. Full large bathroom and a closet for plenty of storage for longer term guests. Studio fits two persons comfortable in a queen size bed and there is even an extra work space upstairs for the other guest for stay home workers.

We loved our stay here. Very clean, quite and comfortable for the both of us. Really close to everything that wanted to see and do in Houston. Communication was great as well. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We LOVED our stay in this gorgeous studio! The vibe was calmly and happy, and gave us the space to unwind and recharge from the busyness of everyday life. Every piece in the home was intentionally selected, providing everything we needed, and our host was friendly and responsive. Detailed photos made it easy to navigate parking, and we were able to walk to restaurants, as well as Herman Park. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here!

This was my second time stay at Chani’s beautiful place. Close to everything houston has to offer, parking inside the gate, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery made it very peaceful:-). I will be back again hopefully very soon!

Montrose has a very easily walkable vibe. Restaurants, bars, cafe, and entertainment is easily assessable by walking. You will be surrounded by a mix of historical Victorian, 1920-1940’s bungalows, mixed in with artsy displays. Montrose is famous for its open vibe of art and culture while being perfectly nuzzled in between the medical center, museum district, university district and downtown. Montrose has a lot to offer and is so closely available check out the festivals or activities in Montrose before you stay! There is usually one or two events per month.

出行信息

Montrose is much easier to find parking because most streets allow free parking. What’s best about Montrose is the walkable access to most things by foot. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all easily found by foot. And it’s so perfectly located near all the best parts of Houston.
