just the break I needed for a very hectic last quarter. I had the best relaxation I've had in years. the closeness to nature, particularly the kayak tour on the river, the sight of exotic birds and other wildlife and the sight of sunset was just incredible. the food and natural beverages were great to experience. I wish I'd booked a longer stay

This is an amazing stay! There are few places that provide such a private and special experience. Truly in the nature and you will feel relaxed and in peace. Myles and Rosita are super kind, we had great conversations and a wonderful time kayaking. The food was delicious and healthy! Highly recommended if you are looking for sustainable and nature travel! We will be back!

We stayed three nights in the rivercamp and enjoyed every moment. The location is splendid and Myles, Rosita and their staff really made us feel at home there. Morning and evening trips with the kayaks were absolute highlights - a unique way of experiencing the river, the wildlife, the fishery, and life on the banks. But we also thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch of the tents, swimming in the river, and playing games in the evening. Stephanie's cooking is excellent, and breakfast is a feast. Among all the great places we stayed in Ghana, this is number one.

Such a wonderful experience at the River Camp! Beautiful location just by the Volta river , perfect for either an active stay with lots of options, or complete rest for the body and soul. Great food for lunch and dinner thoughtfully made by Francis and his lovely team Amazing breakfast !! . Myles , the perfect caring host who went above and beyond to make sure all of us are pampered and happy throughout our stay. We were enjoying the kayaks , exploring the river all the way to Adome Bridge and also to Akosombo Dam. The out door shower is a hit !! To conclude, I really recommend staying here and taking a break from routine and landing in this wonderful piece of heaven . We will surely come back ! Last thanks is to Rosita who was helpful and attentive during the reservation and took care of everything we needed!! Happy Birthday Myles!! We miss you already.... : )
