非常棒的体验，因为租的房子前租客还没有搬出来所以订的作为搬家前的落脚地方，房子的设施很齐全，沐浴露洗发水和护发素都有，厨房配料超级齐全！还有各种刀具和碗/烤箱锡纸等等等等，感谢🙏

Comfortable apartment - but be ready to provide your own pool towels and travel as a group. We arrived from the US, so didn't pack our own towels. This place has a pool - great! But we were only allotted one towel per guest - not so great. We ended up having to use very wet pool towels for our showers. (We asked the host for extra towels and they said it was against policy) Also, only having one set of keys meant that it was impossible to split the group up in meaningful ways - you can put the keys in the mailbox if two groups are going out at the same time. But, if one person wants to stay home and sleep, there's no way to put the keys in the mailbox without being locked out. Also no way to have one group go to the pool and one for a walk in the neighborhood. (We did ask for a spare set of keys, and the host said it was not the policy). Overall, we had a good experience - great location, nice building, nice pool.

Quite disappointing to arrive at the apartment, as the pictures in the advertisement do not show the many stains on the carpets in the living room + bedroom. Furthermore, carpets - especially along skirting boards, by doors and window sills and behind furniture - were very dusty/dirty, and there were dead spiders and insects in several places. We announced this shortly after our arrival and a message quickly came back, where they announced that after our stay, a professional carpet cleaning would be ordered (but that didn't exactly help us!). Regarding the very dusty floor surfaces along skirting boards, doors and windowsills ect., a cleaning team came the following day to clean - unfortunately it wasn't a thorough cleaning but more a quick fix of the worst places, which didn't get us to feel at home. Blackout curtains in one bedroom did not work (was for us an important factor), the cleaning team had to check it out. But this was never dealt with and we were not informed why not.
