Brad’s villa we rented for one night and it was outstanding!!!! Everything looks even better than in picture, the rooms are beautiful, and chic, unique and comfy. The kitchen is super nice and the living room is so cool, for group of people to sit in the evening with sunset view! Brad is such a nice guy, he helped us to do early check in, and was so reactive on the chat, super nice! Thank you so much for an amazing experience in your amazing luxury villa! We will come back for sure🫶🏻

The location is perfect, the views from the house are breathtaking, and the house itself is very comfortable. We will be back again, for sure.

Brad’s villa fulfilled our expectations and then some. We were shocked at the size and structure of the home upon check in. Home was beautiful. Air con worked very well. Cleaning staff was adorable. Host was very good at communicating and gave great recommendations. Lots to do in the fisherman town of Chaloklum. Would highly recommend renting a scooter as soon as you arrive as the villa is not within walking distance to town. Will absolutely be back

I would say that Brads Villa hast to be in the Top 5 Villas here on whole KPG :-) It really is astonishing and so beautiful you can't even imagine how the sunset view hits you after 5 pm in the afternoon! Brad was always proactive with the communication and he even visited us for a quick chat at the pool which was also very helpful to get some additional info about the island. Furthermore the villa was absolutely clean and the beds were amazing to sleep in! I can only recommend it 100% for you guys! It was probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in.

The villa is located in a peaceful quit neighborhood. The views are just as spectacular as you see on the photos. A new terrace for more space was also added to the property. Other than that, the villa got many issues, need major maintenance / has to get cleaned better. Following things are missing: - pictures at the walls - carpets on the floor - flower throughout the villa - beanbag on terrace - decorations Following things are broken / extremely dirty: - curtains (already got removed, but now they are missing) - covers from the couch and pillows are dirty - some curtains are extremely dirty - some locks aren’t working - dishwasher was broken (is fixed) - air condition in one bedroom isn’t working properly - fittings are full of calcium / not properly clean Following things that just kill the flair: - soil in the living room - garbage in the back of the new terrace - plugs in the wall - nails in the wall - gratings in some places - broken door handles
