L'appartamento è molto carino e si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La cucina è comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. I letti sono comodi e l'appartamento è ben attrezzato. Molto comodo il posto auto che Malcom fornisce in un garage vicino l'appartamento. Non ho conosciuto Malcom di persona ma ha sempre risposto velocemente alle mie richieste ed ha lasciato in casa tutti le indicazioni necessarie per la gestione dell'appartamento. Peccato solo per il bagno che è un pò vecchio e non in linea con il resto della casa e per il fatto che l'appartamento si trova in un edificio un pò fatiscente. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole passare qualche giorno ad Edimburgo!
My family (including young kids) had a great stay at Malcolm's place. It is a great location for a quiet stay but close to everything. Malcolm was really helpful with our odd schedule and communication was great. Towels, linens, washing up soap was all provided which was so helpful for our international trip.
Good experience, nice and clean place. Around 10 mins to city center. Definitely will stay in Malcolm apartment if I went to Edinburgh later.
Appartement bien situé et bien équipé mais un peu petit pour 8 personnes (confortable pour 4 voir 6 si il y a des enfants) - Attention une seule salle de bain avec WC a l'intérieur. A 8 il faut s'organiser. Malcolm est très facile à joindre. il a répondu rapidement à nos demandes et nous a donné de bons conseils. De plus il a fait son maximum pour nous faciliter le check-in (avancer l'heure d'arrivée). c'est vraiment appréciable. L'environnement extérieur peut "effrayer" (quartier HLM pas très propre) mais au final c'est calme et sûr.

Malcolm is from Scotland and Beata from Poland. We met in Glasgow through the Salsa dance club that we both attended. After a year we moved to Edinburgh to follow our dream of renting property to people from all over the world, so that they could enjoy this amazing city. Whilst Beata is still a keen salsa dancer, Malcolm focuses more on playing tennis these days and also training for the odd marathon. Beata has been a professional Property Manager for over 8 years, whilst Malcolm has been investing in property for the past 12 years. We both love nothing more than making you feel welcome in Scotland's most vibrant city.
