We absolutely had a great weekend. Home is beautiful, quiet and clean. Views are spectacular. Location gar enough out to be private and a beautiful drive not far to the town of Saluda. Perfect location to visit Saluda and Lake Lure. We are planning another visit with the next month or so.
Great weekend getaway spot. Everything looks just like the photos. The home and surroundings looks like something in a movie. It had a very comfortable bed. Would love to make a trip back there someday.
Space was impeccable and amazing views. Great to just relax and enjoy. Romantic setting for reconnecting in love and easily disconnecting with daily stress. Great area to explore for any interests. Would return without a doubt
My wife and I stayed for a long weekend at Writer’s Block, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The drive up to the cabin was easy and the views at the top were incredible. We truly enjoyed both the fire pit and the outdoor shower/tub (when we arrived the water was off for the season, but Valerie sent someone out to turn it on for us promptly.) The cabins kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need, except for a microwave. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.
Such a peaceful mountain escape! Would go back again! Great restaurants nearby, hiking, etc. Very relaxing and wonderful views from the Airbnb!
