You will love getting to know & exploring Son's Rio Cibolo, the property where this cabin sits. We have 100 acres with 2 miles of creek frontage! Guests can kayak, paddlboard, hike, swim, relax in our hot tubs, fish, enjoy our game room, play basketball, volleyball, horse shoes & more! Staying in an insulated Glamping Cabin that has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient & enjoyable stay is one of the best ways to experience & enjoy all there it to do at Son's Rio Cibolo! The Cabin itself is fully furnished with linens and towels provided. It is, of course, insulated & air conditioned with 2 queen beds with linens, blankets & pillows provided, mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, bbq pit, hammock & more! We have 10 private, lockable, full bathrooms with hot shower located next to the Glamping Cabins. You won’t be leaving the conveniences of home behind either, the cabin has super-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and smart TV in case you want to catch your favorite game or show or have a little work to do. We are lucky to have 2 miles of the spring-fed Rio Cibolo Creek for you to explore and enjoy! The Creek has never been known to go dry in this section and the water, being spring fed, it is nearly the same temperature year! The Creek varies in depth from 1 to 8 feet deep along our stretch, there are spots perfect for siting and cooling off or swimming. Guests also get free use of our multiple kayaks & paddle boards! The fishing is fantastic too with large catfish and bass! Families and friends spend countless hours here swimming, kayaking, relaxing, and having fun, in and along the banks of the Rio Cibolo Creek! Son’s Rio Cibolo has lots of amenities off the creek too to enjoy as well, including: 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, basketball court, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong table, board games and more! At night, each cabin has their own firepit so guests can hang out around the campfire under the stars, roasting marshmallows and having fun. There are also many picnic tables, BBQ pits, hammocks and comfy furniture located throughout the property to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

This is an absolutely beautiful place for a weekend getaway with the family. We decided to take a last-minute vacation this past week to get away from the hustle and bustle. This place had everything we were looking for a heated pool, hot tub, good fishing and they even sold firewood so we could have, dinner around the fire at night. It was so cozy and awesome. The kids had such a great time! We will be back!
The glamping cabin is so comfortable and just as pictured. The A/c, wi-fi, and smart TV worked seamlessly. I was also delighted to find there was a fireplace. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and game hall as well. We rented two cabins for our group of six which worked very nicely. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Would love to visit there again!

We are surrounded by large farms and ranches. The wildlife is abundant and the people very friendly. Locals have been coming here for decades to swim, fish & relax on the banks of the beautiful Rio Cibolo Creek! The huge pecan and oak trees that line its banks are incredible & really add to the majestic, natural beauty this area as to offer.
There's a cool hall just down the street called Zeuhl Tavern that has been there for ages that often has live music. The town of Cibolo is not too far away either and has fun night life: Be sure to try Old Main Ice House, 1908 house Wine & Ale House, The Rooted Fork, and/or Catalanos.
If you want some great steaks to grill while you are here, be sure to try Penshorns Meat Market, they're amazing!
During your visit if you plan to see any of the many amazing attractions in San Antonio including the Alamo, Sea World, Six Flags, Riverwalk and more, you are in luck! We are located just off of I-10 which is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get into San Antonio.

Parking is right next to your rental. We have roads and trails that lead throughout the property, most people simply walk but you are welcome to drive.
