Large space that’s well finished and well equipped. I organised a stag do with 18 people and the property met that purpose perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful house! There was everything there that we could need! The dining table which seats 14 was amazing to keep our group interactive during dinner. The added touch of the hot tub (so incredibly warm!) was amazing!

Joe’s place was a perfect stay to host my 30th birthday party. The surroundings are beautiful and the house and outside areas are way above what we expected from the photos. The entire house is so much bigger than the pictures show. The house was clean and tidy and super warm, when we arrived & the hot tub was on and ready for us. Gaining entry was super easy. The WIFI worked very well, just to say the wifi code on the booking is not the same as what is on the box in the house. Joe & Katherine were very quick to respond the entire time and able to answer all of our questions. We absolutely loved staying here & can’t wait to come back in the future. The only slight issue we had was difficulty with taxi’s saying they didn’t have availability to drive out to our location. In the end we managed to get some, so not sure what happened there. For us it was a great location. Don’t hesitate to book Joe’s place - we stayed in winter and it would be even better had we stayed in summer.

This is a perfect house for a hen do! There were plenty of beds for everyone and large communal areas to hang out together both inside and outside. There are different bedroom options including a couple of private doubles and a dorm style bedroom too. It is a really peaceful spot and it was lovely to spend time in the hot tub looking at the countryside! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for 16+ people and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Joe was also happy to allow us to check in an hour earlier to set up for our hen do and gave us helpful instructions regarding extra parking nearby. Communication was easy and clear, we are grateful to have found such a great house!
