Incredible views and sunset! We loved staying here

This villa is more beautiful than you can imagine and the view from the pool deck is worth the price of admission. We arrived around 8pm the first night and after we had dinner, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. After a 6 hour ride it was perfect for relaxing. After enjoying the pool and jacuzzi for a couple of hours we showered and went to the living room and enjoyed watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV while laying on the sectional. Btw the fridge does have an ice maker, but don’t forget to bring some ice. The next day we made a nice breakfast and enjoyed the pool before it got to hot outside. By 1pm we went back inside to the sectional and took turn watching movies and falling asleep on the sectional until 6pm when the chefs arrived. The chefs were great. You can use their menu or ask them to cook certain food for you. There were four of us and we had them cook some burgers, steak, chicken, and salmon for us while we went back to the pool. The home, pool, and the view are gorgeous! If you are looking for a remote location, this is the place for you; however, take a shuttle! If you plan on doing excursions, I do not recommend it due to the location, horrific roads, and how long it will take to get anywhere. The cooktop did not work as well as the hot tub so were interrupted by someone having to come replace the cooktop and fix the hot tub. Also, the power went out very briefly and someone had to come take a look. I understand that; however, some things are not okay such as a broken cooktop and hottub which should be checked beforehand to ensure all are in working order. Make sure the bring face towels as they are few and far between in Costa Rica. Again, if you are not an experienced driver, I DO NOT recommend renting a car!

The house was stunning, and the view is incredible. We went swimming on Sunday afternoon and around 3:30 pm the monkeys were climbing trees just a few feet away from us while we were in the pool. It was incredible.

I loved staying at Black Beauty. The home was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Paz helped us secure our rental and told us about all of the amazing things in the area. Miriam checked in on us everyday to see what we had planned, transportation and to see how our experiences were and our driver was so helpful as well he took us to the supermarket and a tour on our way to the house. An overall amazing experience.
