We got a different apartment, not the one we booked. The host confirmed our stay for 4 people, even though the initial apartment could fit only 2 people. I also didn’t like the way of communication which wasn’t structured at all. The apartment wasn’t clean as well. I do not recommend this host’s apartments.

They described it as luxurious and comfortable. They need a dictionary because it was none of these things. The air conditioning was broken and they apparently knew about it before I checked in. This was the only reason I picked this place. The place was dirty with someone’s hair band, an unflushed toilet, stains — white ones — bottle caps, dust, etc. The curtains were stained. The fridge wasn’t clean either. The location is atrocious. The smell is horrific in the hallway and the room itself. I nearly gagged every time I went outside the room. Other amenities were missing like hand soap and shower gel — things they advertised. It was a different apartment to the one I picked. They were slow to communicate and it felt pointless to bring up other issues after they barely responded about the air conditioning. The hair dryer is a miserable joke on an anti-theft leash. This place was a scam and a ripoff. It was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait to leave.
