We enjoyed staying at Il Cortile, which has lovely character (as shown in its listing) and one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had yet. Sophie was a responsive and helpful host. Two notes for future renters: 1. Spoleto has an amazing system of moving walkways and escalators, the MobilitàAlternativa, which was essential for us because this unit is high on the hill. If this will be your first visit, learn about it before you go! 2. Watch out before you step out the door to the street! There are occasionally cars which come zipping by!

What a beautiful apartment! Truly one of my favorite Airbnb stays. Sophie met me at the top of the percorso meccanizzato, the moving sidewalk that can take you up the hill, and within a couple of minutes we were at the apartment. Beautifully and completely furnished, with lovely bedrooms and a very spacious living/dining space and a great kitchen. But the location ... so quiet and peaceful and yet only a few steps away from one of the great piazze of Spoleto, full of coffee and dining opportunities. And so easy to reach the Duomo and La Rocca, with very pleasant walks and incredible views of the city and surroundings. Last but not least, Sophie was so warm and helpful and communicative--the definition of hospitality. Definitely will return!

It is large and homely with privacy and peace. Location is ideal and great for exploring Spoleto-very well positioned for wide range of restaurants as well. Sophie was extremely quick to respond to any enquiry and informative

Fantastisch en groot appartement op unieke locatie. Alle bezienswaardigheden in Spoleto op loopafstand of gemakkelijk te bereiken met het systeem van liften en rolbanen. Unieke plek met heel rustig eigen terras/binnenplaats. Mogelijkheid om de auto vlakbij gratis te parkeren (met vergunning via Sophie). Na duidelijke instructies hoe er te komen werden we ontvangen door Sophie bij appartement. Mogelijkheid om bagage naast appartement uit te laden en daarna auto te parkeren. Heerlijk breed bed, grote kamers en compleet ingerichte keuken. Ook wasmachine en droger aanwezig en zelfs strijkplank en strijkijzer (na navraag bij Sophie). Mooi ingericht met veel kunst aan de muren. Een echte aanrader!
