We really loved our 3-day stay for our mother's 70th. The house was clean, spacious for 9, with beautiful views. The kitchen had everything, incl. a mixer, basic condiments, oil. We liked the big tables in both kitchen and living room, fitting everyone. The steep access was manageable, thanks to the asphalt road. Tino, the host's father, organized a pizza evening on our first night and joined us for our celebration, making it feel homely. The bedrooms were light, beds very comfortable, and the towels large. When one of us fell ill on a Sunday, Tino quickly got a doctor's appointment, showing up to help and offering an extended stay for recovery! We also appreciated the late check-out. The hosts were flexible, responsive, and committed to our successful stay! Overall, our stay was memorable, recommending it for future guests, especially in a bit warmer weather to enjoy the garden and pool.

A handsomely sized villa with outstanding views with good sized double bedrooms and open plan entertaining spaces that open out onto a veranda and patio to extend the space. Outside was an unheated swimming pool and hot tub. The views take in Taormina to Riposto and the coast inbetween and were a joy to wake up to in the morning. The villa is somewhat remote up narrow country roads and the steep track that leads up to the house took a little getting used to. Otherwise Alberto was very responsive, usually replying within the hour and would come out including even on Christmas day if there was a problem. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the villa, the views were stunning, Alberto was quick to respond with any questions and his hospitality was incredible and appreciated. Alberto took the time to decorate for the holidays and the place was spotless even after the ashfall just the night before we arrived, it was impressive. He also gave us multiple local recommendations, and even made us reservations, it was a joy meeting him and I look forward to returning some day. In reference to the driveway, yes, it is steep and narrow, but I had a larger SUV, as did 2 of the other guests, and we had no problem navigating it, and Alberto made sure it was cleared of ash, but we also had automatics, so just be prepared for the steep incline if you're in a standard, the views are so worth it!

Thanks to Alberto Vincenzo, he is an excellent host. The house is located off the beaten track, beautifully below Mount Etna with a magical view of the coast of Taomina. There are enough sleeping options for large groups and the beds are very good. The journey alone is a bit adventurous as it is very steep. There were five of us friends in the house and we felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in late September. Finding the place was a nightmare as our satNAV kept trying to send us to a different property: our error no doubt! Alberto patiently waited for us despite our late arrival and was very responsive throughout our stay and accommodating to our requests. The location is out of the way and up in the hills so very much a car and villa holiday. As a result the views are really quite incredible. A truly memorable location whether eating out as a family on the terrace or lounging in the hot tub or pool the views are really spectacular. So relaxing and peaceful!
