Our stay at Louie’s place was great - you can go to the place easily with his instructions, and overall the place was great. All clean, newly renovated unit within a peaceful surrounding. You can also have access to the pool which is very well maintained, depite it being shared by multiple properties in the area. Highly recommended 😊

The room is clean and check in is very easy! The location is also peaceful with bonus monkeys around the area, feels like you are one with the nature. The wifi is fast. I can do my work easy. Outsiders need to pay for pool access tho.

Louie’s place is the perfect spot in the Subic area! Close to the famous beaches and also to nature, and just a short drive to Zoobic safari and to Olongapo City. We felt safe since there was a security guard by the entrance to the vicinity. House was clean and with complete amenities, we felt right at home! Water pressure was great with heater option. I was impressed at how Louie was so responsive and helpful, he didn’t hesitate with our requests. We encountered some monkeys (around lunchtime is when they roam around) but they were not harmful at all. Will definitely book Louie’s place again the next time we come back to Subic!

We enjoyed our stay. I was hesitant at first in booking this place cause I read in the reviews that there was a cctv in the living room, we just took the risk, cause it’s the only affordable unit left in the area for the dates we wanted to book. Good thing when we got there the cctv was already covered. I loved the place, it was spacious and clean. Definitely felt homey and the place was very aesthetic. And if you’re bringing work with you, this is definitely the place cause the internet speed was amazing at 300mbps, also there’s a designated work area in the bedroom. Only downside is pets aren’t allowed in the unit, but overall, A++ experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great stay! Every basic thing you need is there, there are good places to walk also nearby.
