Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Newly built with lots of charm and character. Comfortable and cozy . Sleeps two comfortably. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle, all you need for you morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle. Your private space is outside the shed by the hot tub. It’s a fenced in part of our backyard just for you to use. As you Walk in the front gate (where you park) stay to the left of the garage and continue down past the house. The shed is behind our house.

We loved our girls weekend at The Shed. Such a lovely space to unwind and relax. Great spacious patio and hot tub with a view! Also enjoyed the outdoor shower and being able to wash our dishes with the commercial style outdoor sink. The studio space was cozy and inviting, the kitchenette had all the basics you would need, and I appreciated the accessible shower. While I didn't need that feature myself, I often travel with with those that do and really nice nice to see the bars and seat. The space heater worked well to heat the space quickly for the cooler nights. Taryn, Brian and their family were lovely as well. I'd definitely recommend if you're visiting the gorgeous Los Osos coast!

The Shed is a great place!! Taryn was very responsive to our emails prior booking. When we got there, the lights were left on for us. The Shed was very clean and tidy. The hot tub was an awesome addition. The bed was very comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to Morro Bay. There are hiking trails near by and Montana del Oro State Park. I would highly recommend The Shed for a couple. Thank you for a last minute get away

Los Osos is a great quiet town. Down the end of 15th street (our street) is a great loop boardwalk the Elfin Forest. It has great views of the estuary and Morro Bay and Morro rock, and you walk among miniature oaks hundreds of years old.
We are also walkable (20min) down to the bay. Restaurants and coffee shops, bars and a pier. Beautiful homes along the bay, great place to explore.

We reserve the left side of our driveway for you to park. We park our truck inside the front gate on the driveway. There is plenty of room for us both to park.
