I stayed here for 3 months and it really is a place to call home I just fell in love with the quiet street and the view from the window of the neighboring cafe, the owner was not intrusive and check-in and check-out went without any problems. The apartment has good internet, hot water, equipped kitchen. I also think that this is the best location to live in Moda: the street is quiet, but close to public life and cafes there were some cons: - the shower leaks onto the floor and there is nothing you can do about it - it was cold (but apparently this is a feature of old houses with irregular heating) - we had a strange staircase cleaner who demanded 100 liras from us every week (the owner said that it shouldn’t be like this, so don’t give money to the cleaner, call Mert right away!!!) despite this, I think that the housing is definitely worth the money and if I am in Istanbul again, I would gladly rent it again

Super bon séjour dans le logement de Mert qui est mieux que sur les photos, dans un emplacement idéal, très proche de tout (plage, centre-ville, ferry, métro et bus) mais tout en restant dans une rue calme. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires et tout était propre. Mert a été très réactif et très gentil (il a été flexible sur l’arrivée au point de manquer son ferry !). Je recommande vivement son logement .

Mert is very friendly and extremely helpful. The place is comfy and almost complete. It’s situated near city centre, the park and beach. Everything is within walking distance! Would recommend this place.
