Jay is the PLUG in Medellin. He will make sure that you are good to go when you are travelling to Colombia. In my case, I visited Medellin with my friends and Jay was on top of everything from the beginning. Answering questions. Making arrangements for services we requested and suggestions for making our trip memorable. His hospitality experience is top notch and so is his team. The GM gave us a review of the places to go, etc. The House Manager was extremely service oriented. The breakfast was on point. The Villa is very centrally located near downtown El Poblado in a very safe area near restaurants, malls, etc. The property is big and was able to accommodate our group. The rooms have A/Cs and even the common area have air conditioned which is a big plus in Colombia. That is not very common. Jay has thought of everything from A thru Z to make sure you are covered while at his property and deliver a great experience.

I can’t say enough about Jay and his team. If you take the time to read the reviews like I did, the choice is clear for the Host. Jay and his team will give clear instructions on how to stay safe, what to do to maximize fun, and where to eat the most amazing food. I recommend Jay provide you an interpreter if you don’t speak Spanish. We got Danny and we now consider him a friend just as we do Jay. Medellin is beautiful place with beautiful people. Use Jay. You will thank me.

1,000,000 Stars!!!!⭐️ Impeccable service! Excellent accommodation, location is perfect and Jay is just the best host you could ask for. Must give a big shout out to Larry as well who took care of us like a champ. The house staff was friendly yet professional and was attentive to all our needs. We were a group of 13 and we felt right at home. We will be back!!

Jay and his staff did a great job during my trip to Medellin and the stay in BNB. From the beginning, Jay was very responsive to messages and was actively happy to help with planning and executing the trip with my friends. He also met with my group at the property and gave us some great recommendations and suggestions, etc. Jay’s staff is also very well trained. The service and the hospitality are second to none. We organized the ATV excursion with him. It was executed to perfection. The Grand Palace is also a large and very well-organized Mansion in the best area and near everything that you want and need in El Poblado. I am glad that I booked with Jay and would book with him again in the future.

Jay and his team are amazing! From check to check out, we had no issues or any concerns. We felt right at home! Thank you Jay and Larry for taking care of us. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!
