There is NO AC and the mosquito nets have holes in them which means at night you can still be eaten alive by those rascals. It is very hot with the doors closed and no air flow. The ad states there is WIFI but there is none. The place is spacious and with a few fans, whether standing or ceiling - this would help Air flow. There was food left in the microwave which looked horrible. The gas and refrigerator were not working so we had to give our water and other stuff to House Guy upstairs to keep cool. The Google Map location given after confirming is NOWHERE near the actual location. This was very frustrating and disappointing. There is a small store within walking distance but be sure you have comfortable shoes.

Great place to stay just 5-10 minutes from the international airport. Basic kitchen but good for Africa. Also helped to arrange transfer to and from the airport. And allowed a later checkout due to our flight being later in the day Would recommend this place

Clément et son épouse Inès sont des hôtes hyper gentils, agréable et serviables. Ils sont très réactifs et chaleureux. La maison correspondait parfaitement aux photos de l'annonce .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à bujumbura et nous n’hésiterons pas à nous loger chez eux lors de nos prochaines visites au Burundi ! Je recommande sans hésitation

Clement and his wife are great hosts; very responsive, accommodating, and friendly! Their apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the airport and 10-15 mins to downtown. The place has spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. The few things that could be improved are small details in the bathrooms and kitchen to make the place more accommodating. Overall, we had a good experience at their place and would recommend staying here.
