Greg’s apartment was exactly what I was looking for during my stay at cookeville….a nice place to relax and rest while attending some courses and working out. Greg hospitality is 5-star, always willing to help and provide local recommendations. Definitely a place I would look to rent again when going back to Cookeville in the future.

I am so thankful I found this lovely apartment that was perfect for my needs ! I wanted a quiet , comfortable place to have a personal retreat for a few days . I couldn’t have picked a better spot ! The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a desk - one of my requirements and hard to find in a smaller place . The bed was so comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Access was a breeze ; parking was clearly marked steps away; the neighborhood was lovely and tranquil. On top of everything , Greg supplied complimentary chocolates , beverages in The fridge , and a large basket of snacks on the counter along with a variety of coffee . There was even wine available for a very modest price. It worked out nicely for me in every way and I would 100% stay here again.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It was another great stay.
