My family came together for Christmas and this home was a beautiful choice! We sang, cried, laughed and the peace we felt in the midst of a family loss was amazing! The host was responsive, understanding and so accommodating! We will definitely be returning!

Im already looking for another reason to book again! Rocky and his home were both amazing. This was the house I rented to gather 4 generations of my family for Thanksgiving for the first time ever and everyone raved about the home. Rocky made the planning and headache of traveling with a late arrival in the middle of the night so accommodating and was so communicative, I feel like I made a friend!

Sunny Vale is as advertised — modern, well appointed, spacious and fully stocked. Rocky was a wonderful host with quick responses and attentive to every need. We enjoyed all living spaces, inside and out and were super appreciative for the optional screen feature for the upstairs outdoor seating area. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors and we enjoyed exploring the northern part of Lake Norman.

Great spot on Lake Norman. House is like new and Rocky was very communicative and helpful with the stay.

What a beautiful stay! The house, the scenery and location were just perfect for our family trip and my sons surprise proposal ❤️ plenty of space for all of us! Hard to beat! Thank You!!!
