First off, THANK YOU BARRY!!! You were the most kind, accommodating host anyone could ask for. He went out of his way to get us anything we needed! His staff was so friendly, food was wonderful, and most importantly, his place was unbelievable. So private and beautifull! Once his establishment closes, you have the whole beach and ocean to yourselves. We couldn't have asked for much better. He was super helpful at suggesting places to visit, and also helped arrange a rental car for us when we were in need. Again, Barry, you were absolutely amazing! You are a very kind man and we truly appreciate you and your family! If and when we return to visit, you will be hearing from us!

Wonderful place that we will definitely be back to. Barry and his wife were great. The Place was clean and had everything we needed. Having our own private beach was amazing. People came in to snorkel, but we’re gone by 4 PM and we were literally the only ones there. It was nice having the snack shop and ability to rent snorkel gear and kayaks on the property. They must stay if you’re in the Freeport area.

This is definitely ranked as one of, if not the best , airbnbs I have had the pleasure of staying at. The location cannot be beat. As others have mentioned there can be other guests in the area visiting the red bar and snorkeling or kayaking but that didn’t bother us at all as it was never too many people and it gave us opportunity to be social with others ! Most of the time there were no others around and we had the beach and snorkeling all to ourselves ! The staff at the red bar and Barry awere so incredibly friendly and fun. Helped with anything we needed and made killer drinks ! Every day we snorkeled and saw amazing marine life - octopus , Caribbean reef sharks , eagle ray , tons of sea turtles , cuttlefish , and an array of various fish and coral species. We are avid scuba divers and can sometimes be a little jaded about snorkeling - this was top notch ! We also enjoyed searching for critters at low tide. Already planning a trip back !

If you are looking for a private, beach front home in a top snorkel spot, this is it. Postcard worthy location. Barry is also one of the best communicative and responsive hosts I have worked with in over a decade. He is top notch. Overall, a fabulous spot and host.

Peaceful villa right on the beach. Barry our host was very helpful- offering flexible check in and a late check out. Good WiFi, clean linens, kitchen and bathroom. Very peaceful, walk straight onto the beach and into the sea. Red Bar next door serves good food and drinks until 5, and then you have the place to yourselves. If you’re looking to get off the beaten track this place is for you. Make sure to hire a car, as it’s a drive to the nearest supermarkets and restaurants etc. Perfect for 3 night stay whilst we were diving. Thanks Barry! 🐠🦐🦑🐙👍🦈👌🏻
