This group friendly home is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay as you visit our Valley, plus extras such as a Hot Tub, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Espresso Machine, toys for kids, board games, play structure, yard games and plenty of seating for larger groups. proximity to: Mission ridge (25 min), Leavenworth (35 min) Lake Chelan (1 hr) Gorge Amphitheater (1 hr) Pybus Market (2 miles) The Gathering Place MAIN FLOOR: There are 3 bedrooms right next to each other on the main floor, the Master Bedroom & bathroom, plus two other bedrooms. One bedroom has another king bed, and the other room has a queen bed. The rooms have toys in the closets, as well as black out blinds on the upstairs and downstairs windows. The living room is located on the main floor. There is a record player with Bluetooth built in available for your use. A pack and play is available for infants if needed, usually located in one of the bedroom closets. Multiple board games are available for guests to enjoy while staying. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook for a large group, (pots, pans, electric griddle, plenty of cutlery and plates) while being conveniently close to restaurants for takeout or a meal out of the house. Our custom dining table (made by my husband) can seat up to 8, with bar seats for 3 more. A coffee station is available for guests with espresso maker, syrups, pour over coffee maker, and drip coffee maker. LOWER LEVEL: The lower level has a common room with Smart TV and streaming services, as well as 2 bedrooms and a washer and dryer room. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has a queen bed. Toys and games are available for kids. The back patio is equipped with a BBQ, a large dining table that seats 10, and a yard area with yard games available like bocce ball, corn hole, and giant Jenga, as well as a kids playset with swings and slide. The hot tub can comfortably hold 5 people and is also located on the back patio. A ping pong table, foosball table, and dart board are also available to our guests, located in the garage. You can feel free to use the garage as storage during your stay. There is ample off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles or a car towing a boat trailer PETS: 1-2 pets ($75 fee per stay) are welcome with strict observance of house rules. Please be sure to add your pet to your reservation. * No pets on furniture or downstairs *pets must either be crated or brought with you each time you leave the house. *pets may not be left in the backyard while away * Please clean up after your pet in the backyard. We will provide little baggies to do so in the cupboard by the back door.
