Welcome to Potrero Hill! We are the sunniest neighborhood in the city and are perfectly located. Our home is 15 min walk to SF General Hospital, UCSF, Mission Bay, SOMA, and the Mission district. You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa. You'll get the bottom floor in our classic San Francisco home. You'll have access to your private living room, which boasts a television, couch, and separate kitchen/dining area. The bedroom is large and has a television and walk-in closet (perfect for a pack-and-play, which we can provide!). The second bedroom doubles as an office, with a full-size futon that can be converted into a bed or used as a separate work-from-home setting. The home was recently fully torn down and rebuilt in 2022, with brand-new furnishings. Wifi is provided. If you are looking for a unique San Francisco experience, look no further! **While we want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay, we don’t allow parties or loud social gatherings of any kind. For a party house, please look elsewhere :) **

Great place! Bright & airy feeling. Two comfortable bedrooms. Lots of space, and great location! Hope to be back for another visit.
Carly was very responsive and proactive about addressing things even prior to booking. Property is in a spot with some great views from the surrounding neighborhood and a nearby park. It was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. Pointing out because of a review I saw: there were lots available and an induction burner in the kitchen, kettle and coffee grinder etc. There is a bus stop near by, but the hills live up to their reputation here. Because it’s near the top of the hill, if you’re spending a lot of time exploring, it can be rough on the knees walking down to some of the local spots, but really that’s just San Francisco. Overall had a great experience. Thanks!
The place is absolutely beautiful! An excellent space, well laid out, very clean and functional. Great communication with easy checkin and checkout. The unit is very close to a park which was great for taking out dog for quick walks. Located in a great neighborhood.
First of all, Carly and Vadim are amazing hosts. They took care of every little detail that made our stay perfect. Vadim was even helping us to track down our Grubhub order when it was misdelivered ;) Their house is impeccably clean, ergonomic and beautifully designed. The location on Potrero hill is very convenient with many coffee shops and nice restaurants a few blocks away. The views of San Francisco skyline is a treat every time at dusk and dawn. We would stay in their place again in a heartbeat
Carly was super responsive and more than accommodating! The space was good for our family of 4. The location was excellent for our purposes. We stayed for over a week and had a great time.

Potrero Hill is a quintessential San Francisco neighborhood boasting local restaurants, coffee shops, a Whole Foods, Starbucks, and Anchor Steam brewery. We live at the top of Potrero Hill, giving you breathtaking views of the city skyline in addition to Sutro tower. Potrero Hill is fairly residential and is one of the shining gems in the city. It is clean, safe, and boasts homes from many CEOs working in Silicon Valley.
Our home is in walking distance to the Mission district, San Francisco General Hospital, UCSF, Dogpatch and Mission Bay.
Driving? There is abundant free parking in Potrero Hill!
Public Transit: San Francisco is not known for excellent public transportation. The preferred mode of transit for most in the city is on ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber, and this is the mode of transit we recommend. Within Potrero Hill there are several bus lines that can take you throughout the city, however the fare is often not significantly cheaper than on ride-sharing platforms.
