Wir haben die Silvestertage mit einer größeren Gruppe hier verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit zu erreichen! Trotz wechselhaftem Wetter zu dieser Jahreszeit konnten wir tolle Ausflüge nach Pistoia, Florenz und Lucca unternehmen. Die Villa ist trotz ihrer Größe im Winter angenehm warm beheizt mit Fußbodenheizungen und so konnten wir gemütliche Abende im großzügigen Wohnzimmer genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet um für viele Personen zu kochen. Eine tolle Lage von Natur und Wald umgeben runden das Toskana Erlebnis ab! Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Davide was a very flexible, helpful and knowledgeable host particularly with regard to places to visit in the area. The property is an excellent spacious villa: we were a group of 14 but never felt crowded as there were many places where different groups could hang out together yet the dining area was large enough to accommodate us all. It offers plenty of privacy and a safe environment for children. The 3 children in our party spent most of their time either around the pool or in the jacuzzi. There are adjacent properties but the neighbours are very friendly (one offers a home catering service which we used for a birthday celebration). It’s a fair distance from Pistoia but there are a number of shops nearby where food and provisions can be obtained. It also acted as a good centre to visit Florence, Pisa and Lucca as well as Pistoia all of which are within 45 minutes driving time. Overall we all enjoyed a fantastic week there.

The Villa is a great place located in the midest of nature..you can not ask for more. Davide and his father are unique hosts, that are always there for you. We were 4 famelies with kids , all togather 16 people, and we had the greatest time. We highly recomand the location, the place it self, and the hosts..

We, a family of 9 have just spent a week at the villa and it was fabulous. The villa has everything you could want, being a family mainly of women, we really appreciated the bathroom in every bedroom. There is so much spare that you are never on top of each other. The pool area and outdoor seating areas are so spacious, plenty of sunloungers. Would absolutely come back to this place and cannot recommend it enough. Davide was also great and recommended some great places. Thanks for having us!
