Within 2 miles of the house, you will find Celebration Park (a beautiful outdoor waterfront bar and food truck area), Three60 Market (a riverfront patio, market, cafe, and wine shop), Ankrolab Brewing Company as well as some amazing Mexican and Italian restaurants. If you enjoy parks, boating, and water sports, Bayview Park (take in the million-dollar views of Naples Bay), Sudgen Park (the largest freshwater lake in Collier County), and East Naples Community Park (the hub for both adult and youth activities including 64 Pickleball courts - home of the US Open Pickleball Championship are all within a 5-minute drive. Although the address is 4953 Bayshore Drive, you must turn onto Cottage Grove to access the driveway and front of the house.
