First of all, the photos are just a hint of what this slice of Heaven on earth offers. It’s a corner lot on the lake (not the street) & a small canal leading to the neighbor’s docks. The view from the hot tub was peacefully beautiful. The hubbie & I stayed 5 nights (Sun-Fri) and the worst part was that we had to go home. We chilled on the deck & watched the world go by… as well as the wildlife- red hawk nest in the sycamore tree, herons hunting small fish, turtles sunning across the canal & the fish jumping. Our host, Raimund, was more than accommodating & responsive to any questions or communications. You can really tell that he has a passion to provide the best experience possible for his guests. I can’t forget to mention the assistant host, Bhagera. She is probably the softest kitty I have ever petted & was kind enough to let us spoil her. We will definitely be back!

Raimond was an ideal host, very helpful with the check-in process, messaging us during our stay and making the visit a memorable experience. The house was a perfect, riverside location and the open backyard was refreshing.

My stay at 1713 Aztec in Kingsland Texas was wonderful!! The view is beautiful and there is a lot of outdoor space with comfortable seating as well as a large yard with towering trees. The home is well cared for. Fresh linens, very clean bathrooms and the showers are the best! My stay was close to a month and the host was always very responsive and considerate. I definitely recommend!!

Raimund’s cottage was amazing, very beautiful inside and very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. We stayed there because our kids were showing in Llano and we fit nicely. The only thing is we wished it would have been warmer to enjoy the beautiful views of the late. The views were breathtaking. We would use this place again. Raimund was amazing he had everything ready for our arrival.

Raimund was the perfect host. My husband and I decided last minute to take a trip to Kingsland to celebrate our marriage the night before and Raimund made sure our trip was perfect. He was waiting for us upon our arrival late in the evening to ensure we were able to get into the house and to make sure he took care of whatever we needed. He then stayed up to wait until we were settled in and heated the hottub for us. He went above and beyond the night of our arrival and then gave us our privacy for the remainder of our trip. Also - the place was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were many other amenities for us to use. I have to add the build in speaker system and huge projector in the upstairs bedroom made the place so fun! We will definitely be back, thank you Raimund!
