We have returned from Stefania’s villa and it was wonderful. If you are looking for an authentic, relaxed, and peaceful holiday…this place is for you! Stef was a wonderful, kind, and caring host who has a team of people helping her. Rama picked us up from the airport and he was always on hand for any questions / arranging excursions. Gucci has a shop nearby and he checked on us daily, helping us with local shopping etc. A special shoutout to the cleaner (Betti, I think), who is exceptional at her job! When she did a clean, the place was spotless! Zanzibar had such a chilled vibe, and nothing is ever a trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small note - the villa is much bigger than the pictures! 😁

Our second stay at VillaSteffy and we’ll definitely be back. Beautiful spot on Kiwengwa beach, restaurants within walking distance, bit Thanks for Steffy for being her wonderful usual accommodating self. Xx

Wunderschön gelegenes individuelles Haus aus natürlichen Materialien direkt am langen, weißen Sandstrand. Stefania war schnell erreichbar und die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Sandgarten konnte man bis spät abends in der Hängematte unter einem großen Baum dem Meer lauschen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zum Entspannen.

This being a annual trip it fulfilled everything I wanted and some, I used the airport pick up having struggled to find some places in the past ( saves time) met by Rama then Stefania was waiting at the house to greet me and advise of all I would need and how to contact her if anything needed. The lovely property was right on the beach as described with a beautiful sea breeze along with the sound of the ocean making for a lovely nights sleep. Made my self a friend Gucci very helpful and a man that knows everyone. I think I have found my home from home. Thank you all and will see you again.

Dramatic location with the villa right on the sea front. A quiet beach with great views in both directions. The villa was striking and traditional. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade with the sea view. Restaurant/ bars close by but we only had a beer. Rama and Guchi work with Stephania. Gucci lives next door and cleaRama picked us up at the airport for 60 USD. It is a long journey. When we left Stephania looked after our luggage in Stone Town so we could go sight seeing before flying. Rama took us to the supermarket for a small fee. It is too far to walk in the heat. Gucci can get you fresh fish from the fishermen and beer from the local shop- the holiday makers get charged more. We payed Guchi by buying something from his shop. Rama can organise excursions for you- it was 150 USD for 2 to Mnemba Island for 4 hours. We enjoyed our stay but we thought the decor looked a little tired and the cupboard storing the pans was overfilled. At low tide the tide is a long way out
