This suburban coastal townhouse may not have the spectacular water views But the WOW factor comes with the immaculately equipped + presented unit located walking distance from South beach + Shellharbour Village. A great entertaining space comfortably fitting 8 people but can sleep up to 10. Situated 5 minutes from Shell Cove Marina. There are hiking trails + lookouts a short drive away plus surrounding towns such as Berry + Kiama, where there are local wineries, retail + restaurants to explore. This spacious town house, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an addition toilet down stairs in the laundry. The main living area downstairs opens up to an outdoor entertaining space, while there is room to relax and watch TV in the upstairs rumpus room. Comfortably fits 8 people but can sleep unto 10.

Tammie’s place is exactly as advertised and great location near the village for a quiet weekend away in shell harbour or shell cove. Tammie was a great host !!

Guests have access to plenty of street parking. Buses leave from Shell Harbour Village every half an hour. The Shell Harbour junction station is located just a 6 minute drive away. The surrounding areas also have great bike paths to explore the local scenery.
