The cottage has an open floor concept , with 2 big spaces bedroom’s, both equipped with Queen sized bed’s, one pull- out couch that converts into a Queen sized bed. All pillow’s, sheet’s and blanket’s are provided for guest’s. Both bedroom’s are equipped with blackout curtain’s, fan’s , alarm clock’s , suitcase stand’s , reading material, safety deposit box ( located in water front bedroom) Designated Work station ( located in water front bedroom) 1. Full sized bathroom that’s equipped with the following item’s: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towel’s, beach towel’s, hairdryer and 4 rolls of Costco toilet paper. Stackable washer & dryer that’s located just off the bathroom. The front yard area, you’ll find a Deck with Patio Furniture , and designated spot for open flame campfire that’s located in front yard. ( No Open Flame campfire in backyard at any time please) Take in the serene Lake Erie View’s with your morning coffee , from our Lush backyard patio area! The Exterior Backyard of the cottage has a private enclosed fenced space. The area is complete with a 6 piece Rattan Furniture Set , Propane Fire Table , 2 Long Reclining Chaise Chair’s, Oversized Patio umbrella, Round outdoor dining table setting for 4 people, Propane Webster BBQ. There’s a community Herb and vegetable garden , that’s located on the property for all guest’s to share and enjoy!g
