A wonderful place to stay. For that price it offers a lot. The place was clean, looked good, smelled nice. Host is always there to help and solve the problems. We've experienced lack of one minor necessary thing - quick talk with the host, bought it at the store - host returned money to our account with no unnecessary talking. Really worth the price.

we spent a month in this lovely spacious , comfortable and well equipped villa in a great neighbourhood. we could walk to some nice bars and restaurants in less than 10 mins and to others in 30 minutes. it was a 15 to 20 minute drive to the nearest beach but there are kms of lovely beaches to choose from. Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena make good day trips and are all within an hour's drive. Easy parking outside the villa in dedicated space. The villa is a bungalow but there are plrnty of steps up to it. We travelled with our dog and found plenty of places for lovely walks. Dogs aren't welcome in restaurants in Spain, but you can sit outside. it can be very windy and quite cold so we ate out at lunch time and enjoyed great value menus of the day everywhere we went. There is a spa supermarket within walking distance. Olivier was very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. He was a great host. We can highly recommend Olivier and his villa.

I don’t really like to leave a great review (selfishly) in case I can’t get booked again 😀 This would be unfair to the owner. So here we go…… Absolutely fantastic…. value for money. Large, private garden, swimming pool, BBQ, sun loungers and exterior dining furniture. The villa itself was beautiful, it did not disappoint. We booked for our family, myself, my wife and our four grown up children. The house was easily big enough, with a decent sized kitchen, large lounge, 1 double bedroom, 2 large twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we did not feel one bit cramped. Close to the shops, close to the village, close to all the local bars……perfect. We went to a close by Spanish restaurant for Christmas dinner… the Rio Seco. Absolutely amazing food. Next to the restaurant, 5 tennis courts, a basketball court and a 5 a side football park…..all free whilst we were there. Olivier should be a Super host, nothing too much trouble, always at the end of the phone. The perfect host. I’ll be back (100%)

Logement correspondant à nos attentes. Bien équipé, belle piscine, bonne literie. il a fait très beau et avons dû utiliser la clim qui a été très appréciable. Olivier est très réactif à tout problème. Hôte à recommander
