O apartamento corresponde perfeitamente ao anúncio. Pilar sempre nos respondeu prontamente. A localização é ótima. Há uma obra grande no prédio ao lado que pode incomodar aqueles que dormem até depois das 8 horas da noite. Para nós não foi incômodo algum. A decoração e o cuidado com o apartamento são muito especiais.

I had a fantastic stay in Pilar's apartment. It's in a great location, less than 10 minutes to all the main attractions in the old town, and very easy to reach from the airport. Pilar was a great host, letting me check in early as I arrived in Valencia very early in the day. There was some building work going on in the apartment next door which was very noisy at times, but I wasn't I mostly wasn't in the apartment during the day so it wasn't a significant issue.

Die Wohnung ist super süß vor allem mit der Dachterrasse. Pilar kommuniziert zeitnah und freundlich und der Check in ist super einfach. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung roch unangenehm nach Rauch, da waren wohl Raucher zu Besuch vor uns. Und es ist teilweise sehr laut.

The loft apartment is well-appointed with nearly everything you might need. I would have appreciated an armchair as I am getting on a bit! The main door is tricky to operate and needs attention. The lift is handy and works well. There are multiple notes and messages attached to various walls and it took me several hours to find the Wi-Fi info. Similarly, it took a while to work out how to operate the cooker. No doubt all the instructions are available somewhere but everything needed in this respect should be gathered together in a house manual. There were two supermarkets within a five minute walk. Obviously the main attractions here are the patio, and the wonderful views of the city from the sixth floor. The washing machine, like the cooker, is fairly new and easy to operate. There are large bins just outside the block where you can dispose of your rubbish. All in all a very good experience with one poor experience about which I have advised the host. Many thanks Pilar.

Amazing spot! The apartment was exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The location was unbeatable. I highly recommend staying in this area when coming to Valencia. It is centrally located with so much to do. The apartment itself is right next to the metro, shops, restaurants, etc. The balcony is unbeatable. We loved sitting out at night enjoying a glass of wine. Only a few things made it less than 100% and it was pretty much out of the host’s hands. There was construction going on directly next to us and drilling started every morning around 7am. The bed was comfortable enough that we didn’t mind much, but if you like to sleep in it might be annoying. The hot water in the apartment ran out very quickly (within 30 seconds) and the shower itself was quite small, but that’s to be expected for the city. Everything else was wonderful and dreamy. We will definitely be back!
