Definitely ask for updated pictures. No beach access. Beds are really uncomfortable, rugs are stained and home has a damp feel with a mildew smell when you walk in.

Unfortunately, the listing does not match the home. 1. The listing states 5 bathrooms. The house does NOT have 5 bathrooms. It has 3.5 bathrooms. I wanted each guest to have their own bathroom so thought this place is perfect. Sadly disappointed and was having to apologize to my guests. 2. Not enough supplies. The garbage can was lined with a trash bag but only had one for the entire rental. I had to ask for another trash bag as there were no others. Additionally, there was only one started paper towel roll in the kitchen. No other replacement rolls. Again, for a large house, they should have another roll ready for usage. 3. Not all fixtures work. The half bathroom only has one working handle. You turn the handle on the right and no water comes out. Only the left handle causes water to come out. Additionally, not all the lights turn on. The bulbs need replacing. The storm blind does wind up so we had to use our own bungee cords to keep it up so we could enter and exit. 4. Proper cleaning is not done on the house. We wanted to grill outside. We opened the grill to find a short rib still on the grill. It was not cleaned out. As you can imagine, we did not grill. The bottom of the kitchen trashcan was very dirty. 5. We could not use the tub as we felt it could not sustain the water wait. See #6 for explanation. 6. The house needs structural repair. We saw nails that had popped on the outside bottom level. We noticed bowing of the house. I would not recommend staying at this house without major corrections. Finding a 5-bedroom rental is hard to find especially on short notice so we were kind of stuck once we got there. 7. The furniture is not the same. The picture indicates two large sectionals. There is only one sectional and a couch. 8. The customer service number is not good. I waited over 30 minutes for the service rep to answer when I requested the trash bags. In summary, stay elsewhere.
