Tienen que arreglar muchas cosas de la casa darle mantenimiento para rentarla , y no porque sea económica como dicen ellos tienes que brindar un servicio pésimo y darle lo peor al cliente .. hubo comunicación pero no resolvieron algunos problemas que habían.. y de verdad demasiado ruidos para un lugar que uno quiere descansar .. esas gallinas y gallos frente a las ventanas horrible y ni se digas los vecinos .. tienen que darle mantenimiento.

Estuvimos en este lugar 8 dias , los dias más relajados que hemos pasado mi Esposo y yo . Playa Jobos una de mis favoritas a 5-7 min del lugar y crash boat hermosa y a 15 minutos. Muchos lugares para comer en Isabela que es donde se encuentran muchas playas hermosas . El area muy segura y los vecinos muy amables , panaderías para desayunar café con leche y sus ricos desayunos a los cuales puedes ir caminando, y la gente muy amistosa y amable con los turistas . El lugar muy limpio lo cual me sorprendió mucho ya que es algo difícil de encontrar y teníamos todo a la mano. Joanna y su equipo muy prontas para responder a cualquier pregunta y necesidad. Definitivamente si te gusta estar lejos del ruido y bullicio de la ciudad de San Juan te va a encantar Aguadilla, Isabela está a 5-7 minutos donde la vida es de noche y por las mañana puedes disfrutar de sus playas hermosas ! Definitivamente regresaremos 100%

Johanna was very responsive and nice. The area is quiet for the most part. I liked that there was some beach equipment but not everything shown in the listing was available, particularly a canopy which was one of the main reasons we booked the place since we planned several long beach days. There were two coolers and two working chairs which was helpful. Other than that, the apartment was as expected and clean with everything we needed in a kitchen and then some. Overall, a good value and excellent location.

There was no outside light leading up the stairs to walk. The refrigerator/freezer smelt bad. The garbage can in the bathroom/kitchen had no lid so it makes the place smell. You cant put toilet paper in the toilet so you have to put it in the trash can exposed with no lid. The shower rod was so rusty.The door looked like termites were chewing on it. The walls were filthy. It was so hot, there’s only ac in the bedrooms & I have asthma so it was a struggle. There’s a huge gap on the front door which brings all the heat inside. The utensils were sticky. They give you a sponge to wash dishes that looked like it’s been used to scrub dirt. I also had 2 towels when I was staying 6-7 days. The neighbors were so loud at 8am banging on pots & pans. Playing basketball til 11pm. 6dogs & tons of roosters making noise at all hours. I wouldnt pay that price to stay.. some things were left out in the description when booking this place.
