Spacious apartment located on the first floor of a building consisting of two units. The apartment consists of: - a large living room with sofa with kitchen and kitchenette - a spacious double bedroom - a triple room - bathroom with shower box and washing machine In the living room there is a sofa bed. Air conditioning provided. Two parking spaces and beach space included. Guests will enjoy the comfort and size of the apartment. The latter guarantees the possibility of accommodating up to 6 people very easily, given the presence of a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. the kitchen, habitable, is equipped with every type of comfort connected to the living room with adjacent TV and you can use the table in the dining area. The best area of the house is the bright and comfortable outdoor terrace, equipped with an awning for relaxing after a day at the beach. The spaces of the house are concluded by the internal courtyard where there are parking lots and a square. Decent sized, quiet, modernly decorated apartment with newish appliances and a good, enclosed parking area. However, note that the listing is run by a letting agency and you'll have to check in and out at thier office, as well as collect and return any linens there. The apartment was also totally bare when we got there. If you're going to use Airbnb, I feel you should treat it like one. Have some basic cleaning supplies there (floor/glass/toilet cleaner, dishwasher/laundry tablets), some kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish towels). We generally book through Airbnb because we want to stay in at least a partially supplied home. Especially since when we arrived the bathroom mirror and some other surfaces were dirty and we had nothing to clean them with - despite the rules specifically saying that everything needed to be left clean and empty. I wonder what the cleaning charge covers? In addition, the shower drain was blocked, many of the wall outlets were loose, the washing machine gave electric shocks when the floor was wet, and running the ac and washing machine at the same time would often trip the circuit breakers. I can't see it mentioned in the listing, but there was also an electric surcharge we had to pay at checkout.
