非常好的入住体验，在离Keswick不远的小村里，我是从keswick 走过去的，不到半小时的路程收获了意外的美好体验。沿路的风景很美，看到很多羊在旁边教堂的钟声相伴下吃着草，还经过一座小桥，就这样披着夕阳走进安静的村庄。入住和早餐都很好👍第二天在村周边徒步也是意外的美好，最后乘船回到keswick 。可以说由于住到了这里带来了很多超预期的美好体验！

I had a great time at Phil’s place. Wonderful stay in a quiet, convenient location. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was outside the bedroom but exclusive for my use. Parking in the backyard. 5-10 min driving to Keswick town. Tasty breakfast. Definitely will come back. Thank you for hosting.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Rickerby Grange. Easy check-in, lovely bedroom and bathroom, and a really friendly family. Phil was very responsive and allowed me to drop off my bags a day early. Breakfast was excellent. Considering the location it was a decently priced stay. Would absolutely stay there again Only negative was I didn't get to meet the family dog!

Beautiful hopping off spot for Lake Derwent and surrounding area. I had a fantastic and easy stay with lovely and generous cooked breakfast before an extremely wet and windy hike up Cats Bell and around Lake Derwent. Awesome day that was unfortunately marred by discovery that my car wouldn’t start and my phone had sustained water damage and no longer worked! Due to storms the RAC were extremely busy, and although I wasn’t booked to stay another night Charlotte and Phil were so incredibly kind and helpful in getting me out of my predicament. Phil helped in trying to jump start my car, sadly to no avail. Charlotte and the boys provided me with tea and biscuits and let me sit in the dry and warm breakfast room where I could use WiFi to communicate with my wife (who booked RAC and another place to stay!) I was even cooked a delicious sausage and chip sandwich! After a lengthy wait, the RAC got me moving. I cannot be more grateful to my hosts and family. Incredible kindness. Thank you.
