The place is very beautiful and clean - However we were not informed that some rooms did not have Air conditioning and the place is very hot. We all had to squeeze in the two rooms and three bets yet we paid for three rooms and 6 beds. That was quite uncomfortable for especially my children. Also we paid for service fee, but caretaker charged us for washing and cleaning the kitchen.

The downstairs was great. Pool was amazing, we could walk to the beach, and Chef Jeff did an amazing job. The stairs to the upstairs were very steep and the guardrails would not prevent small children from falling. Plus the lack of A/C made the second floor unbearable in the summer. We made the two climatized rooms work for our family of 7, plus it kept the kids off the stairs. Highly recommend Jeff to prepare meals. You can work out the menu with him, he is flexible. Beach is walkable. Drinking water wasn’t made available at checkin, but Jeff brought some in the morning for breakfast. Overall, a relaxing place for family beach vacation.

Repeat visit was great also. Angela is so responsive to your needs and wants. Family enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer. We will be back again!

We enjoyed Angela's place. She met us upon arrival to show us around and gave us recommendations for transport. The two downstairs rooms and bathrooms are roomy and air conditioned. The upstairs loft is hot during the day but with two fans it cools in the evening (note if you have four people upstairs the fan would have to oscillate and not be continuous. Chef Joseph who she recommended did an excellent job shopping and his meals were outstanding. The Tuk Tuk driver she recommended was very dependable but was on the higher side (we used another driver near the end of the trip). The place is about 600-800 meters from the main road but the driver picked us up in the gated community. The pool was well maintained and clean. Overall we have a great visit.

Angela is a great responsive host. We enjoyed Chef Athman and felt he was worth the extra cost. Excellent service from housekeeping to pool. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our plans. We definitely want to come back to this villa. Close enough to enjoy the beach and restaurants but in a quiet private area good for family fun.
