I want to preface this by saying this review is not based on the quality of the accommodation, but the interaction I had with the host organisation. Never speak with a host outside of Airbnb as you won't be protected. The host cancelled my reservation on the morning of my arrival due to a water leak. Water leaks happen- just bad luck. This issue came with how this host dealt with this bad luck. They sent me a generic message on airbnb asking to call them. When I called, the agent seemed nice and said Airbnb would refund the money. This was at 9:30 am. I did some research and realised the host needs to cancel in order to receive my refund. By 1 pm, my reservation was not cancelled, so I called airbnb to let them know. Airbnb contacted the host organisation and I called them again to ask them to cancel it. The host agents remained not helpful. It was canceled 1-hour before my check in with the help of Airbnb. Unscrupulous behaviour from this host company. Avoid.

No clear instructions sent regarding keysafe and no reply to message enquiry. Had to phone day before arrival to get code number. Large bathroom, but bath taps did not work and missing shower screen meant a wet bathroom floor after showering, regardless of how careful we tried to be. However, great location in the town and wonderful views looking out to sea. Did not find any free on road parking nearby during the 4 days we were there, but Cadoggan car park very close and easy to pay for parking via the North Norfolk Council car parking site app.
