Enjoyed staying at Virginia’s place. The unit is conveniently located by the beach and 5th Avenue. Grocery stores were within minutes of the unit. Only issue we had was initially locating the property. Coordinates were provided instead of an actual address.

I had a great time here for my birthday! The roof and pool area were amazing and our favorite places in the house. we loved the 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. the beds were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and you will definitely need to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere!

Overall, our stay here was very nice. Was as described, and matched the photos. It was secured in a gated community with controlled access, which was generally seamless. The wifi was great in the 1st & 2nd floor, but very spotty on the 3rd floor. Virginia was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to requests. The place was very clean overall, with moderate furnishings. There were a few things that stood out as being unusual/underfurnished for a listing like this: there were zero paper towels in the house, and no salt/pepper in the kitchen; all of the beds had 4 nice pillows, but all were covered with pillow shams, and there were no pillows with cases available, also no extra towels. There were issues with the door going to the 3rd fl/roof, with the AC in the master BR. Virginia addressed the door w/in a day, but the AC remained poor (she couldn't get someone to look at it for several more days). I've had better stays in MX at this price point, but it was decent.
