Brandon is an amazing host he is very response and easy going. There was issues with the tv and Brandon replaced it before I even checked in making sure I had a tv, shows he’s a host that is committed to make a pleasant stay for everyone. Will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in the city 😊🤝also I love the view you can catch of the sunset in the living room

There were a few issues with the presentation of the flat on arrival - cleaning wasn't 100% , presentation of bed wasn't great and overall the flat just looked a bit untidy. There was another issue with some damage left by the previous guests and this was also resolved. Unfortunately Brandon had used a stand in cleaner, and she clearly didnt understand what standard she should be working to. We let Brandon know that evening, and to give him credit he came in the following day and when we returned to the flat we found it perfectly clean, and presented as it should be with a little gift to apologise for the inconvenience. We would happily go back to visit on another occasion, just disappointing first impressions on this occasion.

Had a delightful restful experience. The apartment was just what I needed - a stunning space warm and inviting. The internet worked flawlessly, which was a lifesaver as I had to work during my stay😫 The location was convenient, the apartment was equipped with everything I could possible need. I want to express my gratitude to Brandon, the host, for his excellent communication throughout my entire experience.
