We had a great time at Andrew's place in Lakes Entrance. It was an easy stroll in one direction to the Esplanade, footbridge and to the beach and in the other direction to the north arm of the lakes. Really close to Woolworth for groceries too. There was definitely plenty to do for the family for the week we were there - Footbridge Mini Golf was lots of fun and the Lakes Entrance Aqua Park (not to be confused with the Aqua Dome) was also worth visiting. If you weren't into surf beach then the beach at the footbridge was great for kids to swim and play in. We had a group of 10 6 adults, 4 kids and the house was big enough to cater for everyone - separate living spaces upstairs and downstairs so you could escape if you needed to. Cubby house in the back yard was great for the kids too.

Stayed with 3 couples + 3 singles, and the house is perfect for a relaxed weekend away. Entertaining area is fantastic, plenty of space indoors and out for a group to relax without being crowded, level easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. Property was very clean, with good basic supplies for comfort (spare blankets in every room, shower gel, salt, pepper, cleaning supplies, etc). Garage is massive, more than enough space for 4 cars. Third double bedroom (unpictured in listing) is double bed with a single bunk on top, and bunk beds in Single beds room are sized for kids, so worth being aware of this if staying with a group of adults, but for 4 nights our group was comfortable. Network coverage is average (3G/4G) but no WiFi or streaming device at the property, so plan accordingly if you want to work remotely or stream on your phone/laptop, and bring a HDMI cable/Chromecast/internet dongle. Fantastic AirBnB, great price and would happily stay again and recommend.

On the whole we thought the place was great. Upstairs there was only a small powder room and no shower which I thought let it down a bit. My only other complaint that there was only one tea towel supplied. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels were very nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
