The good: beautiful building, unique beds and rooms. Great walking distance to the Ferdinand attractions. Kind host. The bad: had Airbnb tenant from the downstairs bang on our door and demanded we not be so loud as we were violating quiet time (at 9pm). My child was walking. There was no loud music or tv. The host initially sided with this other tenant before I sent him the rules stating quiet time was at 11. Additionally, we weren’t violating quiet time. All in all it made for a very uncomfortable situation and overall stay. There only lockable door is a closet/pocket door you can latch from the inside on the stairs to the loft, but it opens up to a public area where vendors were. We were given some strange feedback when we asked for a way to lock our things up when we left. Finally, only bathroom is inside a bedroom, so you have to walk through someone’s bedroom to use it. I’d perhaps stay here with my wife again, but would not recommend for larger groups or families.

A great place for an all family trip or with groups of only guys or groups of only girls! Certainly a beautiful renovation that we would return to with perhaps one more bathroom for the amount of guests we’d bring back!

Keith’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Very eclectic, tastefully decorated, clean. Host was very responsive. Would definitely book again.
