the house was as advertised. Because of storm damage to the golf course house that we normally rented, we were forced to rent what was available last minute. we were grateful for Craig's availability, but we paid about double what our other house was. this was our first time using air b&b, with it's fees, etc. it's a great house, but with no backyard views that we were used to enjoying. Craig is very easy to contact, and probably the best owner that we have ever rented from. Craig makes you feel like you are staying with family. if the location wasn't in the middle of a neighborhood, it would be perfect.

Craig is a great host who always replies our needs really fast. The house is cleen and neat and the public area is enough for our family (7 people in total). Although there are several things need to be fixed ( washing machine, kitchen sink is blocked) during our stay, we still feel comfortable staying in the house. Few things that I will suggest: It is better to prepare more kitchen towel and toilet paper when there is a group of people starying for long period. There was only one extra toilet paper left when we arrived. Secondly, it will be great that the sink blocked is fixed before our stay. Lastly, kitchen essential such as cooking oil, salt and sugar is running out during our stay.

Long term two month stay. Easy to find and in great location. Unfortunately, house was not clean when we arrived. Carpets not vacuumed. Kitchen cabinets and stove were dirty/grimy. Cobwebs in some areas and hairball on the couch. We reached out to Craig, who responded immediately by sending a cleaner to address the issues. He also refunded two nights fee. Craig was always responsive to any questions/issues so I believe he is a good host. However, there is some maintenance needed. Specifically the carpet should be replaced. It is noticeably worn and stained. I think this property would be more attractive with new carpet and better cleaning between guests.

The residence was comfortable and cozy, it was well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The street traffic was a little busy, but once inside the residence it was quiet. Craig our host was very friendly and responded in a timely manner to any questions that came up. I would recommend this residence if you are looking for a really nice place to stay in the Tucson area.
