This is a great AirBnb for an extended work or vacation trip as it is very close to downtown with easy parking. The home is on 3 levels with a full kitchen and 3 full baths, which is very convenient for multiple guests. The condo is clean and appears to be fairly new construction. As noted in other reviews, the surrounding neighborhood is still a little rough but this home is in a newly constructed neighborhood and we had no issues. The neighbors were friendly with lots of kids playing outside and people walking their dogs. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of cooking supplies so bring your own ingredients. The appliances are top notch and there were enough cooking utensils, plates, etc to enjoy a meal. Maddie was super responsive and entry instructions were straightforward. Thanks!

Maddie’s place was aesthetically pleasing. They responded quickly. It was easy to get in and out. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us that went and a cozy place for me to read. The main issue were the chairs. Almost all of the chairs in the dining room and the one in the master bedroom have legs that are about to fall off. It took us a while to find ones that felt safe enough to sit on so we could play a dice game at the table together. It was conveniently placed so we could attend the eclipse as a family. If you stay here, we recommend trying The Tap restaurant. It was amazing.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a garage for the car! The neighborhood was not really walkable to get to any attractions, but we were ok with that. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again if we come back to Indy.

A few friends and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the space! We loved that we had a place to park our car and how close everything was to get to!

The townhouse itself was very clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the neighborhood it was located in. It could also use some fresh paint.
